Food and Beverage
Services are provided around the clock in many ships these days so good supervision is essential to ensure that standards are maintained. The kitchens onboard provide thousands of meals a day under the direction of the Executive Chef and his team who are also responsible to the Food and Beverage Director for hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation areas.
